Possible Causes
Worn main brush bristles, Main brush not seated correctly, Missing or damaged brush end caps, Worn brush housing seals
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the robot and flip it over.
Inspect main brush:
- Open the main brush cover and remove the brush.
- Check for worn, flattened, or missing bristles and damaged rubber blades.
- Ensure both end caps are present and intact.
Reinstall correctly:
- Clean the brush cavity and seals.
- Reinsert the brush with the correct orientation (square/hex end into matching socket) and close the cover until it clicks.
If performance is still poor: Replace the main brush with a new Tesvor-compatible brush. Also inspect the brush housing seals; if they are badly worn, suction may bypass the floor and require housing replacement.
