Robot leaves wet streaks or puddles; water leaks from the water tank even when not mopping.

Safety first: Turn off the robot and remove the water tank immediately. Do not allow water to reach electrical contacts.

Inspect the tank:

• Empty the tank and dry the exterior.
• Fill it with water while holding it over a sink and observe for drips from seams, valve, or cap.
• Check the rubber seals and gaskets for cracks or deformation.

Correct installation:

• Ensure the mop pad holder is attached properly and not deforming the tank.

Repair: Minor seal issues may be resolved by replacing gaskets if available. Cracked tanks or faulty valves require replacing the entire water tank assembly. Do not attempt to glue cracks that contact drinking water or electronics.
