Possible Causes
Empty water tank, Clogged tank filter or outlet, Airlock in water path, Failed water pump (on active pump models)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the robot and remove the water tank.
Basic checks:
- Fill the tank with clean water and ensure the cap is closed properly.
- Inspect and clean the tank filter and outlet holes; remove any debris.
Prime the system:
- On gravity-fed tanks, allow a few minutes of mopping for water to reach the pad.
- On pump-driven models, start a mopping cycle and listen for pump operation; if silent, the pump may be faulty.
If no water flows: Replace the water tank assembly (for gravity systems) or have the internal pump module checked and replaced by a technician.
