Possible Causes
Aged lithium battery cells, Battery pack imbalance, High internal resistance in battery, Faulty battery protection circuit
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the robot before handling the battery.
Confirm behavior:
- Fully charge the robot on the dock until it indicates 100% in the app or via LEDs.
- Start a cleaning cycle and time how long it runs before shutting off.
If runtime is significantly shorter than specified (e.g., less than 20–30 minutes):
- Remove the battery and inspect for swelling or damage. Do not puncture or crush the pack.
- Replace the battery with an original or high-quality compatible Tesvor battery of the same voltage and capacity.
If a new battery does not improve runtime: The charging circuit or battery sensing on the main board may be faulty, misreporting charge level. Professional diagnosis and possible main board replacement are required.
