How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off the robot and disconnect from the dock before opening.

  • Remove the top cover (if accessible) to inspect the LED or display board.
  • Check that the ribbon cable or connector between the main board and display board is firmly seated.

If connections are secure and there is still no display: The LED/display board or its driver circuit may be faulty. Replace the display/LED board first; if that fails, the main board may need replacement.
