Possible Causes
Multiple motors overloaded by debris, Short circuit in motor wiring, Faulty main control board, Blocked wheels and brushes simultaneously
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove it from the dock.
- Inspect all moving parts: Check main brush, side brush, and both drive wheels for obstructions. Remove any hair, strings, or debris.
- Let it cool: If the robot feels warm, allow it to rest for 20–30 minutes to reset thermal protection.
- Check for moisture: Ensure the robot has not been used on wet floors without the proper mopping kit. Moisture inside can cause shorts.
- Restart: Turn the main power switch OFF for 60 seconds, then ON, and start a short cleaning run.
- If E12 recurs quickly: There may be a shorted motor or failing main control board. Professional diagnosis is recommended before replacing parts.
