Possible Causes
Weak Wi‑Fi signal, Incorrect Wi‑Fi password, 5 GHz network not supported, Faulty Wi‑Fi module on main board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Keep the robot near your router during setup.
- Check network: Ensure your router's 2.4 GHz band is enabled and broadcasting. Many Ultenic robot vacuums do not support 5 GHz only networks.
- Reset Wi‑Fi: Press and hold the Wi‑Fi or Reset button on the robot (refer to manual) until you hear a prompt or see the Wi‑Fi indicator blink.
- Re-add in app: Open the Ultenic app, choose Add Device, and follow the pairing instructions carefully, entering the correct Wi‑Fi password.
- Reduce interference: Move the robot and router closer together during pairing. Temporarily disable VPNs or guest networks.
- If E15 persists: The Wi‑Fi module integrated on the main PCB may be defective, requiring main board replacement.
