Possible Causes

Empty water tank, Clogged water outlet, Airlock in pump, Faulty water pump motor

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove the water tank.

  • Fill tank: Ensure the water tank is filled to the recommended level with clean water only (no chemicals unless specified by Ultenic).
  • Check outlets: Inspect the tank outlet and mopping pad plate for clogs. Clean any mineral deposits or debris with a soft brush.
  • Prime the pump: Reinstall the tank, then start mopping mode and let the robot run for a few minutes on a safe surface. Sometimes the pump needs time to purge air.
  • Inspect mopping pad: Ensure the pad is properly attached and not blocking the water outlets.
  • If E17 persists and no water flows: The water pump inside the tank or robot may have failed. Replacement of the pump or entire water tank module is usually required.
