Possible Causes
Dock dust bag full, Dock air path clogged, Faulty dock suction motor, Blocked robot-to-dock air channel
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the auto-empty dock from the wall before servicing.
- Check dust bag: Open the dock cover and inspect the dust bag. Replace if full or damaged.
- Clear air path: Inspect the dock's air inlet and the robot's dust port for clogs. Remove any debris with a vacuum or brush.
- Inspect seals: Ensure the rubber gasket between the robot and dock is intact and not deformed.
- Test suction: Plug the dock back in and trigger auto-empty from the app or by docking the robot. Listen for the dock motor.
- If E20 persists and no suction sound: The dock's suction motor or internal PCB may be faulty. Dock disassembly and motor replacement may be required.
