Safety first: Power OFF the robot.

• Inspect side brush: Turn the robot over and check the side brush (or brushes). Remove any hair, strings, or wires wrapped around the hub.
• Remove and reseat: Unscrew or pull off the side brush (depending on model) and clean the mounting post. Reinstall firmly.
• Check for damage: If the side brush is warped or missing arms, replace it with a genuine Ultenic side brush.
• Test without side brush: Temporarily run the robot without the side brush installed. If E6 disappears, the brush or its hub is the issue. If E6 remains, the motor or wiring is suspect.
• If unresolved: The side brush motor module may need replacement. This involves opening the bottom shell and replacing the motor unit connected to the side brush shaft.
