How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Place the robot on a flat surface.
- Check main switch: Turn the underside power switch to ON.
- Charge: Place the robot on the dock and ensure the charging indicator lights up. Leave it for at least 30–60 minutes before trying to power on.
- Try button and app: Attempt to start cleaning from both the physical button and the Ultenic app.
- If still dead: Verify the dock and adapter are working by testing another device or outlet. If power is good, the power button board or main control board may have failed and need replacement.
