• Check settings: In the Ultenic app, enable carpet avoidance or carpet boost features if available.
• Clean sensors: Wipe underside sensors that detect floor type (often near the front or center).
• Use no-mop zones: Set no-mop or no-go zones over carpeted areas in the map.
• If still failing: The floor-type detection sensor may be malfunctioning and require service.
