Possible Causes

Dirty sensors, Reflective or featureless surfaces, Corrupted map, Faulty IMU or LiDAR (if equipped)

Safety first: Pause the robot and move it to an open area.

Clean sensors: Wipe all front, side, and underside sensors, including LiDAR dome if present.
Reset map: Delete the current map in the app and start a new full-house mapping run.
Improve environment: Add some furniture or objects in very empty rooms to give the robot reference points.
If behavior continues: The IMU/gyroscope or LDS module may be malfunctioning and require professional diagnosis and replacement.
