Possible Causes

Broken main brush belt or gears, Faulty main brush motor, Disconnected brush motor cable, Jammed brush bearings

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and flip it over.

Check for jams: Remove the main brush and clean hair and debris from the ends and housing.
Run without brush: With the brush removed, briefly start the robot and look into the brush drive slot to see if the drive spindle turns.
If spindle does not turn: The main brush motor assembly or internal gears are likely damaged and must be replaced.
Reinstall brush: After cleaning or replacing parts, reinstall the brush and test again.
