• Clean the brush housing: Use a dry cloth or small brush to remove dust and debris from the brush chamber and the brush motor drive slot.
• Inspect for wear: If the bristles are very worn, deformed, or the brush is cracked, replace it with a compatible Wyze main brush.
• Reassemble and test: Reinstall the brush and guard, ensuring they are seated correctly. Power on the robot and start a cleaning cycle.
• If C2 returns: The main brush motor or internal gearbox may be failing. Further repair involves opening the chassis to access the brush motor module; this is best handled by Wyze support or a qualified technician.
