Possible Causes
Robot hung on threshold or cable, Robot wheels off the ground, Internal tilt sensor error, Debris under chassis triggering lift detection
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the robot from any obstacles and power it off if necessary.
- Check robot position: Ensure the robot is on a flat, hard surface with all wheels fully contacting the floor. Avoid placing it on thick rugs or thresholds while starting.
- Inspect underbody: Look for objects wedged under the robot (cables, toys, rug edges). Remove any obstructions.
- Clean wheel wells: Flip the robot and verify both drive wheels and the front caster wheel move freely. Remove hair and debris.
- Restart the robot: Power it off for 30 seconds, then power it back on and start a cleaning cycle.
- If C6 persists on level ground: The internal tilt or lift sensor may be faulty or miscalibrated. This sensor is typically on the main board; repair requires opening the robot and is best handled by Wyze support or a technician.
