Safety first: Turn off the robot and remove it from the dock.

• 1. Remove the main brush:
  • Unlock the brush guard by flipping the latches.
  • Lift out the main brush.
• 2. Clean the brush and bearings:
  • Use the included cleaning tool or scissors to cut away hair and threads from the bristles.
  • Remove the end caps and clean hair from the shafts and bearings.
• 3. Clean the brush housing:
  • Remove debris from the brush channel and suction opening.
  • Check for foreign objects (toys, stones) blocking rotation.
• 4. Inspect the brush:
  • If the brush is warped, heavily worn, or the rubber fins are torn, replace it.
• 5. Test the motor:
  • With the brush removed, start a cleaning cycle.
  • Look into the brush housing to see if the motor drive shaft or gear is spinning.
• 6. If the shaft does not spin or makes grinding noises:
  • Remove the bottom cover to access the main brush motor.
  • Check the motor and gearbox for damage; replace the main brush motor module if faulty.
