• 2. Remove hair from axles:
  • Use tweezers or a small pick to pull hair from around the wheel axles.
• 3. Check wheel travel:
  • Press each wheel up and down; it should move smoothly.
  • Rotate each wheel; it should turn without grinding.
• 4. Test after cleaning:
  • Power on the robot and start a short cleaning run.
  • If the robot still reports a wheel error or spins in place, the encoder or motor may be faulty.
• 5. Advanced repair:
  • Remove the bottom cover and disconnect the suspect wheel module.
  • Inspect the encoder disc and sensor; clean gently with compressed air.
  • If damage is visible or the motor is seized, replace the wheel module.
