Robot vacuum is very loud during operation, with rattling or grinding noises from the bottom.

Safety first: Turn off the robot and flip it over on a soft surface.

• 1. Isolate the noise source:
  • Run the robot briefly upside down while holding it securely (avoid contact with spinning brushes) to identify whether noise comes from brush, wheels, or fan.
• 2. Service main brush:
  • Remove the main brush and end caps.
  • Clean hair and debris from shafts and bearings.
  • Replace end caps or brush if worn or cracked.
• 3. Check bottom plate and screws:
  • Tighten any loose screws on the bottom cover and brush guard.
• 4. Fan noise (whine or rattle from inside body):
  • Remove dustbin and inspect fan inlet for foreign objects.
  • If noise persists, the fan bearings may be worn; replace the fan module.
