Possible Causes
Dustbin packed beyond capacity, Filter clogged causing high backpressure, Airflow sensor tube blocked, Airflow sensor malfunction
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the robot OFF and remove the dustbin.
- 1. Empty dustbin: Open the bin and completely empty all debris. Tap gently to dislodge compacted dust.
- 2. Clean filters thoroughly: Remove the pre-filter and HEPA filter. Tap them over a trash can or replace if heavily soiled.
- 3. Inspect airflow channels: Look for narrow tubes or channels leading from the bin to the fan. Clear any blockages with a soft brush.
- 4. Reassemble and test: Reinstall filters and the bin, then start a cleaning cycle to see if E19 clears.
- 5. Internal airflow sensor check (advanced): If equipped, locate the airflow or pressure sensor tubing inside the robot and ensure it is not kinked or disconnected.
- 6. Replace airflow sensor: If the robot still reports bin full despite being empty and clean, the airflow sensor may need replacement.
Warning: Never wash non-washable filters with water; check the Yeedi manual for which filters are washable.
