Possible Causes
Mop cloth heavily soiled, Water tank not dispensing evenly, Mop plate not level, Mop pad not installed correctly
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the robot OFF and remove the mop module.
- 1. Clean or replace mop cloth: Remove the mop pad and wash it thoroughly according to instructions, or replace with a new Yeedi mop pad.
- 2. Check water flow: Fill the water tank and ensure water is reaching the mop pad (pad should become evenly damp after a few minutes of operation).
- 3. Inspect mop plate: Ensure the mop plate is not warped and sits level when attached to the robot.
- 4. Reinstall pad correctly: Attach the mop cloth firmly to all Velcro strips or clips so it is taut and flat.
- 5. Adjust water level (if available): In the app, set an appropriate water flow level for your floor type.
Warning: Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals in the water tank; they can damage internal seals and pumps.
