- 1. Check for pattern: Note if shutdowns occur when hitting bumps or turning, which suggests a loose connection.
- 2. Inspect battery connection (advanced): Remove the bottom cover and verify the battery plug is tight and the wires are not strained.
- 3. Reseat connectors: Gently unplug and replug the battery and main board power connectors.
- 4. Test with gentle tapping: With the cover back on and robot ON, gently tap the sides and top. If it shuts off, an internal connection or board may be faulty.
- 5. Replace battery or main board: If reseating does not help, try a new battery pack. If the issue persists, the main board likely needs replacement.
