How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Keep the robot on a flat surface while troubleshooting.
- 1. Check for voice or code: Listen for any error announcement or look for an error code in the app and resolve that first.
- 2. Verify child lock: In the Yeedi app, ensure any child lock or button lock feature is disabled.
- 3. Confirm accessories installed: Make sure the dustbin is fully inserted and, if in mopping mode, the water tank and mop plate are correctly installed.
- 4. Power cycle: Turn the main switch OFF, wait 30 seconds, then turn it ON and try again.
- 5. Factory reset (if needed): Use the documented reset procedure (often holding specific buttons) to restore default settings, then reconfigure in the app.
Warning: A factory reset will erase maps and schedules; back up settings in the app if possible.
