Possible Causes
Clogged dustbin filter, Blocked suction channel, Main brush worn or missing bristles, Fan motor partially obstructed by dust
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the robot OFF and remove the dustbin.
- 1. Empty and clean dustbin: Completely empty the bin and wipe the interior with a dry cloth.
- 2. Clean or replace filters: Remove the pre-filter and HEPA filter. Tap gently to remove dust or replace if they appear gray and clogged.
- 3. Inspect suction path: Look through the suction inlet from the brush area to the bin. Remove any clumps of hair or debris.
- 4. Check main brush condition: Remove the main brush and inspect for worn bristles or missing rubber blades. Replace if heavily worn.
- 5. Test suction: Reassemble and run the robot on a small test area. If suction is still weak, the fan motor may be partially blocked or failing and should be inspected or replaced.
Warning: Do not operate the robot without filters; this can quickly damage the fan and contaminate the interior.
