Possible Causes

Speaker cone damaged, Speaker cable loose, Volume set very low in app, Audio amplifier on main board failing

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Keep the robot on a flat surface while testing audio.

  • 1. Check volume settings: In the Yeedi app, verify that the voice volume is set to a normal level.
  • 2. Power cycle: Restart the robot to clear any temporary audio glitches.
  • 3. Internal inspection (advanced): Open the robot and locate the speaker. Ensure its wires are firmly connected to the main board.
  • 4. Replace speaker: If the cone is torn or audio remains distorted, replace the speaker module.
  • 5. Main board check: If a new speaker does not restore sound, the audio amplifier on the main board may be defective and the board should be replaced.

Warning: Avoid pressing on the speaker cone; it is fragile and easily damaged.
