Note: HVAC power can remain on.
- Check phone settings: Ensure Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi are enabled and the phone is on the same 2.4 GHz network you intend to use.
- Reset thermostat: Perform a factory reset on the thermostat to clear any previous account link.
- Use the latest Alexa app: Update the Alexa app to the latest version and sign in with the correct Amazon account.
- Router settings: Disable guest network isolation and MAC filtering temporarily while adding the thermostat.
