Safety: No mains work is usually required, but do not open sealed electronic modules.

• Move closer: Bring the wireless sensor within a few meters of the thermostat and remove major obstacles (metal cabinets, thick concrete walls) during pairing.
• Replace batteries: Install fresh, high-quality batteries in the wireless sensor, observing polarity.
• Enter pairing mode correctly: Follow the Ariston manual to put both thermostat and sensor into pairing mode (often holding a button for several seconds). Wait until the thermostat confirms pairing.
• Change RF channel (if available): In the installer menu, select a different radio channel to avoid interference from Wi‑Fi routers or other RF devices.
• Test in final location: After pairing, move the sensor to its intended location and check signal strength in the app or thermostat diagnostics.
