Ariston Configuration / Naming Conflict in Smart System

Thermostat app shows incorrect room names or duplicates, and control of rooms is confusing.

Possible Causes

Zones added multiple times, Old configuration not cleared after hardware changes, Cloud sync issues, User renaming without updating physical labels

Safety: No electrical work required.

Clean configuration: In the Ariston app, remove unused or duplicate rooms/zones.
Resync devices: Log out and back into the app, or force a sync with the thermostat/cloud.
Label hardware: Physically label thermostats and zone valves to match app room names.
Factory reset if needed: For severely confused setups, perform a factory reset and re-add devices carefully.
