Thermostat screen is frozen and does not respond to touch or button presses.

Safety: If you need to remove the thermostat from the wall, isolate power first.

• Soft reset: Hold the reset or power button (if present) for 10–15 seconds to reboot the thermostat.
• Power cycle: Turn off power at the isolator or breaker for 30 seconds, then restore power.
• Check for updates: Once responsive, check for and install firmware updates via the app.
• Touch panel test: If only parts of the screen are unresponsive, the touch digitizer may be faulty and the thermostat should be replaced.
