Steps to troubleshoot:

• 1. Remove and reseat thermostat: Gently pull the thermostat off the wall plate, wait 30–60 seconds, then reinstall to force a reboot.
• 2. Check for screen damage: Inspect the display for cracks or liquid damage that could affect touch response.
• 3. Verify stable power: If the thermostat frequently locks up, have a technician verify 24V power quality at R and C and check the indoor control board.
• 4. Factory reset: If you can access menus, perform a factory reset to clear corrupted settings.
• 5. Replace thermostat: If the interface remains unresponsive after reboot and reset, replace the Bryant smart thermostat.
