Possible Causes
DHW relay failure in receiver, Misconfigured DHW output in settings, Wiring error on DHW terminals, DHW sensor not detected by boiler interface
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power to the boiler and receiver before working on DHW wiring.
- Check configuration: In the thermostat or Tydom app, verify that DHW control is enabled and correctly assigned to the Delta Dore receiver output.
- Inspect DHW wiring: At the receiver or boiler interface, confirm that the DHW control wires are connected to the correct terminals as per the Delta Dore and boiler manuals.
- Test relay operation: Increase DHW setpoint to force a demand and listen for the relay click in the receiver. If no click is heard and E10 is present, the DHW relay may be faulty.
- Reset and re-pair: Reset the receiver and re-pair it with the thermostat, then retest DHW control.
If the DHW relay is defective, replacing the receiver or boiler interface module is usually required.
