Possible Causes
Floor sensor not enabled, Maximum floor temperature limit set too low, Incorrect heating curve or mode, Actuator valves not opening fully
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before working on manifold actuators or wiring.
- Check sensor mode: Ensure the thermostat is configured to use the floor sensor or combined air/floor mode as required.
- Review limits: Increase the maximum floor temperature limit within safe bounds (e.g. up to 28–30°C) if it is set too low.
- Inspect actuators: At the manifold, verify that Delta Dore or compatible actuators open when there is a heat demand. Replace any that remain closed.
If configuration and actuators are correct but performance is poor, a heating engineer should check system balancing and flow rates.
