Possible Causes
Failed Zigbee radio in HubR, Corrupted Zigbee network configuration, Excessive distance between devices, RF interference on Zigbee channel
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Isolate mains power before handling the Wiser HubR.
- Check HubR location: Ensure the HubR is centrally located and not inside a metal cabinet or directly behind a TV or fridge.
- Rebuild network: In the Wiser app, remove and re-add the affected thermostat or TRVs. If multiple devices fail, perform a Zigbee network reset on the HubR (as per Drayton instructions).
- Reduce interference: Avoid placing Wi‑Fi routers directly next to the HubR. Change Wi‑Fi channel if it overlaps heavily with the Zigbee channel.
- Test with a nearby device: Bring a thermostat or TRV close to the HubR and attempt pairing. If E11 persists even at close range, the HubR Zigbee radio may be faulty.
- Replace HubR: If confirmed, replace the Wiser HubR and re-commission the system.
