Possible Causes
HubR cannot reach Drayton cloud servers, Incorrect time/date on HubR, DNS or router firewall blocking, Outdated app version
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: No mains work is required for network checks; do not open mains devices without isolating power.
- Check internet: Verify that the home internet connection is working on other devices.
- Router settings: Ensure the router is not blocking outbound connections from the Wiser HubR. Disable overly strict firewalls temporarily to test.
- App and firmware updates: Update the Wiser app and check for HubR firmware updates.
- Reboot HubR and router: Power-cycle both devices and wait a few minutes for reconnection.
- Account sign-in: Log out and back into the Drayton/Wiser account in the app. If E18 persists, contact Drayton support to check cloud service status.
