• Review schedules: In the thermostat or Wiser app, check that each day’s schedule is correctly set and assigned to the correct room or zone.
• Cancel overrides: Ensure no manual overrides, boosts, or holiday modes are active that could override the schedule.
• Check geofencing: If using geofencing, verify that location permissions are enabled and that home/away thresholds are sensible.
• Update firmware: Apply any available firmware updates to the HubR and thermostats via the app.
• Factory reset if persistent: If behaviour remains erratic, reset the thermostat or room configuration and recreate schedules from scratch.
