Possible Causes
Lost pairing with Eurotronic gateway, Gateway offline or powered down, RF interference, Wrong network or room assignment in app
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: No mains work is required for RF pairing.
- Check gateway status: Ensure the Eurotronic gateway or central controller is powered, connected to the router, and shows normal status LEDs.
- Check app: Open the Eurotronic app and verify that the thermostat still appears in the device list and is assigned to the correct room.
- Re-pair device: Put the thermostat into pairing mode and follow the app instructions to add it again. Confirm that 'noC' disappears.
- Reduce interference: Move the gateway to a more central location, away from thick walls and metal objects.
- Replace RF module/gateway: If other devices connect but this thermostat does not, its RF module may be faulty. If no devices connect, the gateway may need replacement.
