Thermostat shows F13 and buttons or touchscreen do not respond correctly.

Safety first: Disconnect power or remove batteries before cleaning.

• Clean the interface:
  • Wipe the front panel with a slightly damp, non‑abrasive cloth.
  • Do not use solvents or spray directly onto the thermostat.
• Check for physical obstruction:
  • Ensure no paint, plaster, or debris is wedged around the buttons.
• Restart and reset:
  • Power cycle the thermostat.
  • If still unresponsive, perform a factory reset using the reset pin or sequence (see manual).
• If F13 persists:
  • The keypad/touch panel or UI controller is likely damaged.
  • Replace the Ferroli smart thermostat front unit.
