  • Grant the Ferroli app all requested permissions.
• Put thermostat in pairing mode:
  • Follow the manual to enter commissioning mode (often holding a specific button for several seconds).
  • Confirm that the pairing icon appears on the thermostat display.
• Update app:
  • Install the latest version of the Ferroli app from the official store.
• Retry pairing close to the thermostat:
  • Stand within 1–2 meters of the thermostat during pairing.
• If F14 remains:
  • Reset the thermostat to factory defaults and try again.
  • If still failing, the commissioning radio module may be faulty; replace the smart thermostat.
