• Check ambient temperature:
  • Ensure the thermostat is not installed above a radiator or in a very hot location.
• Power reset:
  • Remove power for 1–2 minutes and restart.
• Replace unit if still dim:
  • The backlight or LCD is likely worn out; replace the Ferroli smart thermostat display unit.
