How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Mains voltage present. Only competent persons should work on fused spurs and internal wiring.
- Check external power:
- Verify that the boiler has power and its display is on.
- Check the fused spur and replace the fuse with the correct rating if blown.
- Reset any tripped breakers.
- Inspect receiver power:
- With power isolated, open the receiver and confirm live and neutral are connected.
- Test with known good supply:
- If possible, temporarily power the receiver from a known good circuit to see if it powers up.
- Replace receiver if dead:
- If there is confirmed power at the terminals but no LEDs or function, replace the Ferroli smart thermostat receiver.
