• 2. Check app access: Review who has access to the Goodman app and remove any unauthorized users. Change account passwords if needed.
• 3. Review integrations: Disable or adjust any third-party integrations (e.g., voice assistants, home automation hubs) that may be sending commands.
• 4. Observe touchscreen behavior: If the screen appears to register touches on its own, the touch panel may be failing and the thermostat should be replaced.
