Nest thermostat does not follow the programmed schedule

Note: Nest's learning features can override manual schedules if not configured carefully.

• Disable Auto-Schedule: In Settings > Nest Sense, turn off Auto-Schedule if you prefer a fixed schedule.
• Review Eco and Home/Away: Check Eco temperature settings and Home/Away Assist behavior in the app.
• Confirm time zone: Ensure the Nest has the correct time zone and time settings.
• Coordinate with other users: Make sure all household members understand and agree on schedule changes to avoid conflicts.

After simplifying settings, monitor behavior for a few days to confirm the schedule is followed.
