How to Fix / Troubleshooting

    • Follow the exact pairing steps in the Gosund app for your thermostat model (EZ mode vs AP mode).
    • Ensure your phone is on 2.4GHz Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth is enabled.
  • Step 2 – Reset pairing data:
    • On the thermostat, go to Settings > Reset > Network/Pairing.
    • In the app, remove any old instance of the thermostat.
    • Attempt pairing again within a few minutes of reset.
  • Step 3 – Reduce interference:
    • Move other 2.4GHz devices (baby monitors, cordless phones) away from the thermostat during pairing.
    • Stand within 1–2 meters of the thermostat with your phone.
  • Step 4 – Firmware update via USB/OTA (if available):
