How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: No electrical work is required.
- Step 1 – Check hold mode:
- On the thermostat or in the Gosund app, see if Hold or Manual mode is enabled.
- Disable hold to allow schedule to run.
- Step 2 – Verify schedule is enabled:
- Ensure the schedule feature is turned on and the correct schedule (weekday/weekend) is selected.
- Step 3 – Correct time and day:
- Verify the thermostat’s clock and day of week are correct.
- Step 4 – Recreate schedule:
- Delete the existing schedule and create a new one from scratch in the app.
- Step 5 – Factory reset if needed:
- If the thermostat still ignores schedules, perform a factory reset and reconfigure.
