Thermostat does not follow programmed schedule; stays at one temperature

Safety: No electrical work is required.

• Step 1 – Check hold mode:
  • On the thermostat or in the Gosund app, see if Hold or Manual mode is enabled.
  • Disable hold to allow schedule to run.
• Step 2 – Verify schedule is enabled:
  • Ensure the schedule feature is turned on and the correct schedule (weekday/weekend) is selected.
• Step 3 – Correct time and day:
  • Verify the thermostat’s clock and day of week are correct.
• Step 4 – Recreate schedule:
  • Delete the existing schedule and create a new one from scratch in the app.
• Step 5 – Factory reset if needed:
  • If the thermostat still ignores schedules, perform a factory reset and reconfigure.
