- If the environment is not extremely cold, the sensor reading is likely faulty.
- 2. Check sensor configuration:
- Ensure the correct sensor type (NTC value) is selected in the installer menu.
- 3. Inspect sensor routing:
- Confirm the sensor cable is routed only within the heated area and not into an unheated void or outside wall.
- 4. Measure sensor resistance:
- Disconnect the sensor and measure resistance; compare with the NTC curve.
- If resistance is much higher than expected, replace the sensor.
