Display shows LOC and buttons do not respond

Steps to troubleshoot:

• 1. Unlock via keypad:
  • Press and hold the specified button combination (e.g. up + down arrows for several seconds) as described in the Heatit manual until LOC disappears.
• 2. Unlock via gateway:
  • If integrated with a smart home system, open the device settings in your app.
  • Disable child lock or local protection parameter.
• 3. Prevent reactivation:
  • Inform users of the lock function to avoid accidental activation.
