How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: No electrical work required.
Steps:
- Ensure your smartphone is connected to the same 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi network as the thermostat or NeoHub.
- Disable VPNs or mobile data during pairing.
- On the thermostat, initiate pairing mode as per the manual (often via a Wi‑Fi or cloud menu option).
- Check router settings for client isolation or AP isolation and disable them so devices can see each other.
- Restart the router, NeoHub (if used), and thermostat, then retry discovery.
