  • Change the router's Wi‑Fi channel to a less congested one (1, 6, or 11 on 2.4 GHz).
  • Disable aggressive power-saving or band-steering features that may disconnect IoT devices.
  • Update router firmware and thermostat firmware to the latest versions.
  • Re-add the thermostat to the Heatmiser app after performing a Wi‑Fi reset on the thermostat.
