Possible Causes
Loose power connections, Voltage dips from shared circuit, Firmware bug, Internal power regulator fault
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Isolate power before tightening any terminals.
Steps:
- Check and tighten Live and Neutral terminals at the thermostat and wiring centre.
- Ensure the thermostat is not powered from a circuit with large inductive loads (e.g., motors) that cause voltage dips.
- Update the thermostat firmware via the Heatmiser app or NeoHub.
- If resets continue after wiring and firmware checks, replace the thermostat as the internal regulator or processor may be faulty.
