• Add repeaters: Install additional mains-powered Hive devices (e.g. smart plugs) to act as Zigbee repeaters between the hub and thermostat.
• Reduce interference: Change your Wi‑Fi router channel to reduce overlap with the Zigbee channel and keep RF devices separated physically.
• Check battery level: Low batteries can reduce RF performance; replace them if they are not fresh.
• When to call a pro: If dropouts persist despite good signal planning, the thermostat or hub radio may be defective.
